Agronomist’s noteMetribuzin, the first selective option for crowsfoot in common couch. Spray young crowsfoot in warm weather. Expect some temporary yellowing of the couch. Spray only actively growing weeds on moist soil, don’t apply to lawns under heat or drought stress, and avoid overlapping passes. Let it dry on the leaf; it doesn’t need watering in. Only labelled for Qld, WA, NT and the Northern Rivers of NSW. Tip: add Wetter 600 to the tank (unless the label says otherwise). It helps droplets spread and stick on waxy leaves for better uptake. Check the label for important PPE requirements.
